Traditional Worship
Held Sunday mornings from 10:00 A.M.

Confirmation is the fulfillment of the infant Baptismal vows and offered to any person (baptized as an infant) who has reached religious maturity (usually around 13 years of age). Classes for Confirmation Students are offered each year. Contact Pastor Fretz if you would like to enroll your young adult to receive religious education in the Reformed/Presbyterian tradition.  We  promote Jesus’ Gospel which he announced: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor.  He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free…”

Mind, Soul, and Coffee Bible Study Held Thursdaymornings begining at 10:00 A.M. in the Lounge of the Education Building.
These classes study the upcoming week’s worship scripture lesson. There is expanded commentary going into the details of the history, culture and beliefs surrounding the lessons. This is a discussion class where you bring your insights and experiences in understanding the word God has given to us.

The Carlough Fund
The Carlough Fund, which was established in 1997, is available to assist our members of our church and Sunday School with emergencies and other special needs. The fund was founded initially with a bequest from the will of Clinton Carlough, a longtime supporter of the Saddle River Reformed Church.

It should also be noted, donations to the fund are welcome at any time. Those gifts can be mailed to the church office or left in the collection Plate marked for the Carlough Fund. We would like to keep the principal balance up around the $10,000 level as the interest this fund earns can be used for special needs grants, which do not need to be repaid. Please feel free to help with a gift that will benefit our church family.
